There are some occassional exceptions such as holidays and inclement weather, and notice of change will be posted on our social media feeds, storefront, website, email newsletters, and/or text blasts.
Unless we are having a US Marshal Service Sale. US Marshal Service vehicles can be sold to the public. Those sales are announced in the Knoxville News Sentinel (one week beforehand) and require preregistration and cash deposits for all bidders.

All vehicles must be titled and free of liens.
Sometimes a $300 repair will increase the value of your vehicle dramatically. Again a "clean rolling" vehicle will always bring more money.

The seller has until noon the next day to finalize. We make every effort to contact the seller and buyer on sale day. You will be contacted before noon the next day at the latest.
