We conduct dealer only auctions every Thursday morning at 9:30am. Boats, RVs, and Inops start at 9:30am followed by Absolutes and regular sale lineup.
There are some occassional exceptions such as holidays and inclement weather, and notice of change will be posted on our social media feeds, storefront, website, email newsletters, and/or text blasts.
Our office is open from 8:00am – 4:00pm, Mon – Wed. Thursday we are available 7:30am until approximately 4:00pm. Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm.
In order to purchase a vehicle at our auction, you must be a licensed dealer, and you must register with our auction.
No, we are a dealer only auction.
Unless we are having a US Marshal Service Sale. US Marshal Service vehicles can be sold to the public. Those sales are announced in the Knoxville News Sentinel (one week beforehand) and require preregistration and cash deposits for all bidders.
Yes, all vehicles are available via Live Simulcast. You can register through Auction Pipeline to bid online, or call TA to walk you through the process of registering.
We run 6 lanes.
No, we use AutoCheck as a courtesy only. It is the seller’s responsibility to announce any problems or brands for their vehicles.
No, but you can sell an item absolute. This typically works well on an inoperable units. But generally a vehicle will sell better if it will roll through the lanes.
Yes, we follow the flood policy guidelines set forth by the National Auto Auction Association.

We sell almost anything with an engine - cars, trucks, motorcycles, buses, boats, campers, RVs, ATVs, UTVs, tractors, etc.
All vehicles must be titled and free of liens.
Our vehicle inventory is typically made up of dealer consignments, repossessions, salvaged vehicles, government vehicles, and donated vehicles.
Yes, with proper paperwork.
Absolutely. We sell a wide range of vehicles - All makes and models with values ranging from sub $1,000 vehicles to $100,000 plus vehicles.
Yes. Prices range from $25-$100. We strongly recommend this on repo'd vehicles. We can also provide basic service and body shop recommendations.
Sometimes a $300 repair will increase the value of your vehicle dramatically. Again a "clean rolling" vehicle will always bring more money.
No problem. We can handle key replacements for most vehicles.

Yes – we just need your AA Number and about 5 minutes to get you registered.
Please call TA to schedule an appointment to come in and register. It will take approximately 30 minutes to get everything set up.

Pricing is in the eye of the Buyer. Nothing is guaranteed, but we typically bring 100-110% of black book value.
Cash, Company Check (Name on the check must be the same as the purchasing dealer), Floorplan, Wire Transfer (Payment is expected day of sale or within 24 hours of being notified on an IF).
Vehicles are not released without payment.
Yes, we accept AFC, Nextgear, Carbucks, Floorplan Xpress, City Auto Finance, and CAR Financial.
Turn in a correct title and in most cases the check will be ready within a few minutes.
Our fees are based on your buy or sale price as well as a $30.00 fee to the seller if the title is not in the office when the vehicle is sold.
It will depend on the pickup location, and whether or not it is a drivable unit.
No, there are no fees if your vehicle doesn't sell.

Yes it is called a floor. Your vehicle can be setup to take "IF's" as well. This will allow you to except lower bids than your floor, and negotiate your sell price through our if desk
Go to the 1st bay of the garage that is located beside the gate. Someone will be there to help you.
Green and white light vehicles are eligible for arbitration. You may arbitrate one item, and it must be more than a $500.00 repair to be eligible to reverse the deal.
Arbitration must be done within 1 hour of the time you are named as the high bidder – even if the vehicle is on IF.
Green and White light vehicles only, with a sale price of $2501.00 or more and less than 125,000 miles.
A vehicle sold on an IF means that the seller has to contact someone else for approval or that we have not been able to get in contact with the seller to give them the bid.
The seller has until noon the next day to finalize. We make every effort to contact the seller and buyer on sale day. You will be contacted before noon the next day at the latest.
We make every effort to have titles ready for pick up the day of sale, provided the unit is paid for. If we do not have the title on sale day, feel free to call us for a title status.
No, paid vehicles can only be picked up during our business hours. In some cases you can arrange for the vehicle to be parked in our front lot. A hold harmless agreement is required for this service.
You can re-run the vehicle each week for as many weeks as you want. Typically the vehicle will bring "all" the money it will bring within the first two weeks. We will work with you and make recommendations, but at the end of the day we will transport your vehicle back to you if it does not sell.
